How do I find the right size?

For each product you will find a size chart to help you make your selection. If you are unsure, please email us at info@monojackbrand.com and we will be happy to advise you.

What if I can't find my size?

If you have specific measurements, we can tailor-make your clothes. Just write to us and we'll come up with something. Write to info@monojackbrand.com.

How to properly care for MONO JACK brand?

Each product has care recommendations on the e-shop. In a nutshell:

  • Wash with care – hand washing is the most gentle. If you wash in the washing machine, turn inside out and wash at a maximum of 30°C .
  • Iron for chill – only inside out and on low heat.
  • No chemicals – colors and materials require gentle handling.

Orders

How can I order a limited edition collection?

Our limited editions are in limited quantities, so we recommend following our newsletter or social media so you don't miss anything.

What about ordering goods that are not in stock?

If you order a piece that is not in stock, we have to make it first. Production takes 2-3 weeks, but we can usually do it faster.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, once an order has been sent, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, if you need to resolve something, please contact us as soon as possible!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cards and old-school cash. You can pay upon personal collection or cash on delivery – cash or card.

Transport

How long does delivery take?

We offer delivery by Czech Post or Zásilkovna. The price and delivery time vary depending on your address and the chosen shipping method.

What are the transportation options?

We offer three shipping options: via Zásilkovna, Czech Post or personal pickup at our studio in Prague 2.

Do you also deliver abroad?

Yes! We offer international delivery. The shipping cost depends on your location. If you still can't find your location, please contact us and we will find out an individual price from the carrier.

How can I track my order?

After sending, we will send you a tracking number - you will receive it automatically through Zásilkovna, or we can send it to you upon request through Czech Post.

Complaints & Returns

What should I do if I receive damaged goods or a shipment?

If the shipment arrives damaged, ideally do not accept it. However, if this happens, immediately notify the carrier and us. Write to info@monojackbrand.com .

How can I return or exchange goods?

You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and has the original tags. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns.

You can find the return form HERE . Fill it out, print it out and send it back to us.

When will I get my money back after returning the goods?

After acknowledging the complaint, we will refund your money to your account within 14 days.
